Who is persecuting Katherine Tingley? I don't remember having said or done
anything that would persecute anyone related to this forum. (Other than you,
perhaps -- since I take a particular glee in persecuting anyone who falsely
accuses others of imaginary wrongs.:-)

Besides, Tingley's long dead. One can only "persecute" someone who is alive.
So, are you paranoid, defending a ghost -- or are you a relative or friend --
that you keep harping on this imaginary persecution? Or, do you still have
some non sequitur ax left to grind about the dealings between theosophical
leaders that have nothing to do with what I was talking about, has no
relationship to my study of or work in theosophy, and are, as far as I'm
concerned, long dead issues.

Besides, What has one thing got to do with another? How do you conflate my
arguing for the necessity for a leader (in the particular case I was talking
about) with the implication that somehow that's a persecution of a particular
person that has nothing to do with my suggestions?

It isn't being a leader that's important, but what, how, and from what
motive, or basis that leadership must stem from and rest on, how skillfully
it's carried out, and how effective its results are. What has that got to do
with ad hominum implications and innuendoes, or with my statement -- which
was taken totally out of context and used to launch what could be taken as a
provocative, prejudicial and persecutive barb?
