Eldon:
Jerome Wheeler puts out "The Aquarian Theosophist" and I put out
"Theosophy World". We are both associates. Who decides on behalf
of ULT what magazines put out by associates are magazines put out
by the ULT, and what magazines are simply the independent efforts
for Theosophy of individual associates? If such a decision can be
made, the person or group of people making it are the people in
charge of the organization.

Good question, Eldon. I add (I have no answer for myself):
Who decides what articles are in the ULT magazine and which not?
How do the deciders know whether the readers are interested to about
Theosophy on original lines by Katherine Tingley or Gottfried de Purucker or
not?
Why does the ULT (the unknown, unnamed deciders in the background) gives not
their simple members and the uninformed readers allow to decide for
themselves?
Are the hidden bosses really working in the 6th-round spirit that they can
be sure they have the truth?

The Communistic government beyond the iron curtain until 1989 were convinced
they follow the original lines of Karl Marx and have the whole truth and
nothing but the truth. Communistic critics like Trotzki or in South America
Posadas were censored, although they were Communists for themselves.
But the hidden deciders (who where never elected, because they knew already
that they present the working class) censored Communists who were not true
to the "original lines" and they wanted to "protect" the people of "wrong
teachings".

The hidden bosses in the "People Republics" also invented a Newspeak which
soon led to double-think.
When they spoke about peace they actually were thinking of world revolution
with violence.
When they spoke about freedom they actually were thinking of freedom from
private possession.
When they spoke about progress they actually were thinking of more
suppression of human rights.
When they spoke about extra working by free will they were actually thinking
of force the people to work harder and faster without payment.
When the Communists were attacked by the Western press for persecution and
jailing of citizens who spoke critical to the neighbours or coworkers the
hidden bosses said: We deal not with such things, we are interested only in
the Communistic Doctrine. So they actually never allowed to speak of the
reality, but only about their doctrines. Ironically, they called the system
"the real existing Socialism", although in truth it was only fiction. They
claimed that the people governs the state. But actually the people were
never ask.
When Western critics brought this forward, they were answered: Read our
declarations, we are free and we are the best system as no one is suppressed
in the Communistsic world.

NB: Any similarities with real existing theosophical groups are only a
chance.
