constitutional crisis in TS(Adyar) - NZ ?

A recent msg on theosophy NZ mailing list states:
"I received my Issue of Theosophy in New Zealand yesterday. In it was
mention of constitutional crisis and a special meeting called for June 9th
to deal with a motion of no confidence in the president."
This is interesting since every section can learn from the history of
others so that similar problems could be avoided in future.
