Hi readers!
Unfortunately H.P. Blavatsky often used the term dugpa without saying who
is a dugba. In the Collected Writtings she wrote it´s very difficult to
develop the abilities of a dugba. For example , to study nyingma or bön
is not enough to practice or to become a dugpa/black magician. Only few
priests get the power and the knowledge of a dugpa, like there are few white
magicians among many students/ religious people.
