Dear Sanctius,
> I think humbleness is just pride so damn well cloaked.
Of course humility may be a matter of pride, but then it is _false_
humility.
That doesn't mean to say that there is a true humility. The truly
humble will never tell you that they are humble.
Humility is just good sense. When one truly views one's position
within this Grand Scheme, and realises that all our deeds will barely
make a scratch, then the attitude of humility can only be the right
one to hold.
> It feels so good to be little humbler than others, yes?
It is an interesting exercise to try. As a meditation just imagine
yourself to be below all others. There is an overwhelming sense of
peace there. Before long your photo will be turning a light shade of
blue.... :0)(I am not suggesting you become a doormat, or that you
dissolve your ego.)
Kindly,
Bruce
