For those interested in the notions of the Reappearance of Maitreya and the
Masters in the world today, the new book by recently retired U.S. diplomat
Wayne Peterson is now out. Mr. Peterson was a past director of the
Fulbright Scholarship and claims that during his 32 years career in the US
diplomatic services he was in contact with Maitreya and some of the
Masters. He describes meetings he attended with other world leaders,
including Gorbechev, in which they had round table discussion preparing for
the Reappearance of Maitreya and the Masters. You can check it out at:

There are some interesting stories on his website, schedules of when he is
lecturing throughout the US and Canada in 2001, and some excerpts from his
book "Extraordinary Times, Extraordianry Beings: Experiences of an American
Diplomat with Maitreya and the Masters of Wisdom." From his personal
knowledge, Mr. Peterson describes how the Masters are currently working
closely with many leaders - religious, economic, political and social - to
help humnaity through its present crisis and inaugurate the period of
brotherhood and sharing in the world. It is an interesting read and I
highly recommend it.
