Kristina,
For really good answers to all your questions, go to the United Lodge of
Theosophists <http://www.ult.org/> and ask for their free pamphlet "Theosophy
Simply Stated" by William Q. Judge... And, then, read the seminal, Q and A
(FAQ) book published by the Theosophy company (which ULT sells) -- "The Key
to Theosophy" by H. P. Blavatsky. (Both writers are the original founders of
the Theosophical Society in 1875.) That's getting it simple and 'straight
from the horse's mouth' with no frills and no baloney.

Subject: Theos-World Just Musing
> I am reading the newsletter for the first time. I am an avid fan of
Rudolph Steiner's epistimologies and Ayn Rand's philosophies. I see a great
deal of information referring back to various authors as authorities but
very little on the nature of the process of living and defining
spirituality. By living and defining spirituality, I mean discussions on
ethics, behaviors, the logic of choices, expressions of religion, cultural
influences on the development of higher thinking, separating oneself from
the thinking in order to avoid bias, etc. I may just not be reading it
right but would like a little better definition of theosophy if it is not
too much trouble to write me back.
