infusoria of the fermented fluids. Since my return I found it impossible
for me to breathe -- even in the atmosphere of the Headquarters! M. had to
interfere, and to force the whole household to give up meat; and they had,
all of them, to be purified and thoroughly cleansed with various
disinfecting drugs before I could even help myself to my letters. And I am
not, as you may imagine, half as sensitive to the loathsome emanations as a
tolerably respectable disembodied shell would be, -- leaving out of
question a real PRESENCE, though but a "projecting" one. In a year or so,
perchance earlier, I may find myself hardened again. At present I find it
impossible -- do what I may.

Well, It is "Headquarters". Morya gave the orders, so I assume he was in
charge of his household. If it had been KH's house, KH would have been
giving the instructions.
I have not seen a diagram of their Headquarters compound, .. Maybe they had
a central headquarters and each individual has his own house? I don't know
of any real description of their housing arangements, except that M said
that KH does not allow any females in his house except his sister, so I
gather that KH had his own house. I think there is a sketch that M inspired
Damodar to do that showed M mounted on a horse on a path in front of his
house, And, I believe it is either in Old Diary Leaves, or in Blavatsky
Collected Works, that there is a diagram of the house of M, with an "organ"
situated in a corner of a room, where the keyboard can be swung from one
room to the next one, through the wall.
The Tibetan headquarters, living arangements remain sort of hazy for me. But
there is the quote, and the reference, If you have more information, or a
different idea of what they mean I will be happy to see it.
