    Not in and of itself. The issue is an extremely complex one, certainly not
a simple as either side paints it. There are several historical issues backing
variously both sides, and a modern situation where historical issues only get
into the way of a solution, and too many people who profit by the lack of
stability, and therefore want any peace to fail..
