HPB in the SECRET DOCTRINE says:

"There is no "chance" in Nature, wherein everything is
mathematically co-ordinate and mutually related in its units.
 SD I 635 ] See also SD I 97, 642, 638 (spiritual astrology),

Mathematical statements preceded forms in both time and space.
The "life-atoms" are the basics of Nature and every structure is
implicit in their experience, as they are "immortal, and
perpetual motion machines."

The "memory" of every form they have ever participated in making
remains permanently engraved in their "memory." -- says
Theosophy.

Tobias Dantzig, beloved mathematician historian of Einstein,
wrote that
unlike the common belief that mathematics is metaphor for the
physical
world, the reverse is true. THE PHYSICAL WORLD IS METAPHOR FOR
THE WORLD OF
MATHEMATICS. Sorry to shout, but it is an incredibly important
statement if
true. I think Heisenberg would agree as would Whitehead.
