Dear Group,
I too need the feedback. I am happy for Valera. He seems to have made an
important decision. The stuff about Lucifer is confusing, but HPB explained
it very well. Lucifer is the bringer of the light. S(he)'s Prometheus,
forethought, the contemplative life. This is a good example how things hit
the fan as we become more conscious. There is alot of confusion. Sunday
school is not the best place to learn all about religion. We must think for
ourselves.
I'm done writing about zero and the foundations of esoterics. I've got it
pretty much figured out and people can contact me if they have some special
interest in the rational transendental root of the contemplative life.
I'm still interested in writing about esoteric healing. I'm a theorist. I
don't profess to be a healer, yet, theosophic theory is rational, fed by
intuition, and based on the effects of a true attempt to tune in to what
humanity needs done in the area of helping to solve the various problems of
humanity, and, who knows maybe some healing can happen. I'm one who wants
to know what I'm doing before I start doing it. That's the way I've been
trained. First of all, do no harm!
In the book on Zero and it's place in Indian thought one can see that Indian
philosophers and mathematicians and scientists are all working closely
together and there is a smooth flow of information from the esoteric
contemplative community into the world of mathematics and into the world of
Science. Major discoveries are being made and shared with the world by top
Indian Cosmologists. What needs to happen is for each one of us to do our
best to bring new ideas into our choosen fields of research and practice
like what is being done in Cosmology especially in India.
"Healing" is my choosen field. I don't feel much like a healer because,
frankly, I haven't seen much healing happening in the medical field
primarily because medical philosophy was thrown away in the nineteenth
century by the German Pathologists. Everything got so materialistic and
scientific and the Art was ignored and actively destroyed, kept alive only
by the simple love and caring of doctors and nurses despite the ignorant
ravings of their professors.
One must restore the healing arts to medicine. The healing arts must have a
philosophy. Theosophy is a good candidate to be that philosophy. Theosophy
has a rational basis and is dependent on accurate proven deductions and
clear intuition and right motive. It is group work. It is work based on
group consciousness and altruism. And. It is the basis of the Russian
Orthodox Church's theology, Valera.
I'd be happy to continue writing into space. I'd love the feedback but
don't depend on feedback. However, I have realized that with the discovery
of the book about zero and it's place in Indian Philosophy, that particular
quest has met it's fruitful end. And. I can write one more little piece,
esoterics notes #6 and I'll be done and content that I have fulfilled my
obligations to others that may be interested. I'll next write a review of
Esoteric Healing by Alice Bailey and then see if I can have this review
placed in SMN or the Journal of Scientific Exploration. I think things are
coming to an end. I hope some people have caught fire by something that
might have been written. The bottem line: With love, we can think our way
out of all of our problems. We are THE THINKERS.
Love,
Eugene
