It is well that you reminded all of us about the WLD. Anyone who takes the
time to read about the early days of theosophy can see the immense
sacrifice she made for the cause - she gave the prime of her life and
worked round the clock for theosophy. that is why she succeeded.
In addition she travelled in days when travel was very difficult. We have
what we know as theosophy because of her sacrifices and it is our duty to
remind ourselves how grateful we are today when we are reaping the results
of her work.
Once we give some thought to what she did, and compare what each one of us
have done for theosophy and humanity, we are very humbled.
