I would modify "Jesuits/FCs (used metaphorically)".
While we know for sure those who have posted msgs relating to topic you
were discussing are people using their real names, there have been
occasions on this and other theosophy maillists postings from people who
are highly suspected of hiding behind assumed names who may have their own
agendas. This question was recently came up when "talking" to a friend of
mine.
Every well known theosophical worker HPB down, however much one does not
agree with what their views were and what they did, at least had the
courage to stand up to what they believed and were ready to deal with
anyone and did not hide behind an assumed name. May be the best solution
for us would be to ignore such suspect people when we engage in discussions
here and other theosophical lists.
