Peter,
the swastika on p. 99 SD II is in the same direction as that of HPB's
personell seal. But what is wrong with that?

the original edition.  I wonder if it depends on whether we are on the
outside looking in, or the inside looking out?  I suppose we could say with
these two actual symbols that one is on the 'outside' while the other (p99)
is on the inside, but that is just speculation on my part.
