Theos-World Internet Century

Media is already calling this century as Internet Century.
Yesterday, the AOL/Time Warner's merger is the biggest corporate merger.
There was a statistic that about 40% of households headed by a person less
than 60 years has access to Internet. On the other hand, only 8% had access
when the head of household is 70 years or more.
Look at the age of the AOL President -- 44 years.
It looks like all enterprising leading edge growth organizations are headed
by young people in their prime and all declining ones headed by old people
who have a lot of worldly wisdom or street smartness.
While I have no personal dislike or anything of that sort regarding older
folks or for anyone else -- actually more of my friends are older ones -- I
cannot but see the reality of what is happening.
More exciting developments in communication can be expected as days go by.
