Re: Theos-World self-evident truths

Hi Louis,

Truth has to be dealt with in a very different way that we deal with other concepts. Like you said, it is not possible to intellectualize or define absolute Truth. We can always have it in our consciousness, but always as "That which is."

We will be dealing with that Truth once we start to comparing our set of beliefs or what we consider true, with absolute Truth. We know our beliefs, we all have them, but we don't know absolute Truth. However we can keep the spirit of Truth in the back of our consciousness and keep comparing it to our beliefs. There is no doubt that once we start acting this way, our beliefs will start reflecting that spirit of Truth that never changes. At that point our beliefs will start to change and mold themselves to that absolute Truth, even though we can't see it, it is everywhere. Because no matter what our beliefs are, they don't matter at all when we compare them to Truth.

Don't you agree?

That's because truth, self evident, absolute or any other kind, is not
available on this plane. Relativity and change are the only observable
constants in the physical dimension. Therefore, truth, as in eternal or
absolute, something that is forever unchanging, "always was and always will
be," must be looked for and found in another dimension. A non physical or
spiritual realm. And to do the looking, we must use the non physical or
spiritual equipment that is part of our multi dimensional human organisms.
One cannot perceive a non physical reality using the lower triad. We are not
built that way. We cannot intellectualize an experience of truth or...self.
