Theos-World The Lost Teachings of Atlantis

Has anybody read the book - "The Children of the Law of One and The Lost
Teachings of Atlantis" - I don't the know the Authors name but the companys
website is
www.atlantis.to
I've only just borrowed it from a local library - and read the first 2-3
chapters. It is about a guy who goes to the Shargung-La monastery in Thibet
(it has now been destroyed) and brings back the theosophical doctrines for
the world.
He makes references to things like 'some ledbetter guy' and other allusions
to the fact that he personally has no knowledge of the TS, HPB or the ideas
of Theosophy in general. However he says he is working for the White Lodge,
or Great White Brotherhood. He describes ancient technologies and talks
about the secret canons that HPB was often referring to.
I would be interested in any comments.
