I am kinda new to the world of Theosophy,  but a few questions have come
into my head  from some of the material that I have been exposed to.  Maybe
some of you will be able to offer some guidance...

If  a husband and wife have a child who has downs syndrom,  who is the one
that is the one being effected by the negative Karma?   Does the father or
mother search their soul for the negative things that has gone on before or
is it the child who thinks he is at fault..   if he can think that way....
