Leon, when you write:

where (and what) is your evidence that "other much less informed theosophists"
added to THE THEOSOPHICAL GLOSSARY mss?  This is a SERIOUS allegation and should
be documented.  Mere assertions are worthless. I am preparing a list of items to
address Rich's observations.   Looking forward to your own presentation of the
evidence to support your assertions.
