Leon, what are you saying when you write:

"while they [the high Lamas---Yellow Hat only?] don't personally practice the
sexual Tantras, they do teach it to their own Sanghas, strictly for purposes of
Tulku."

What do you mean when you write:  "they don't personally practice the sexual
Tantras"?  My information is that the the "high Lamas" do personally practice with
an actual "karmamudra".

"Strictly for purposes of Tulku."  What are you referring to?  Would you spell out
what you mean by this phrase?  Exactly  WHAT do they practice "strictly for
purposes of Tulku"?
