No. It is supposed to be practiced only by Initates.

Not if both are consensual adults.

Well, I think its of theoretical interest.  I also think that the
jnanamudra idea is one that can be practiced by anyone.
However, the goal is not physical sensation but the uniting
of one's ego and anima/animus to form a whole person.

Of course not. Its a free country (I think).

It is NOT associated with Theosophy in any way. It is associated
with Tibetan Buddhism, and I think that everyone on this list agrees
that Theosophy is not equal to any school of Buddhism. It is being
discussed here on a Theosophical list simply because such
discussions come under the second Objective. It seems apparent
from the discussion so far that most Theosophists were unaware
of the teaching, and so its discussion does, I think, serve a useful
purpose of spreading knowledge. No one, that I know of, is
advocating its practice.
