Don't know about the Bailey version, but the Theosophy Company publishes an
excellent and useful version of Patanjali's Yoga Aphorisms, with annotations
and commentaries, transliterated by William Q. Judge.  As far as I know, it is
available through the United Lodge of Theosophists.
