Right, Karma does not determine our morals or our sense of right or wrong, nor
does desire. But, it is the inner, spiritual (but not necessarily consciously
aware) knowledge of the workings of karma and its tendency to restore harmony
to any disturbance of the natural order--perfect "justice" so speak--that
empowers our "conscience" or "inner sense of justice" to "recognize" the
difference between right (non-disharmonious, non-harmful) or ethical actions
and wrong (disharmonious) immoral, harmful actions.
