Yes, WWI & II -- the discovery of atomic energy -- many things.  I think
Cranston's HPB biography has a section on HPB' prophecies.

In addition to the 5000 year cycle HPB also mentions (BCW 8, 174fn.) the
Pisces/Aquarius transition which occurred about 1900 CE.  She says after
that date "psychologists will have some extra work to do, and the psychic
idiosyncrasies of humanity will enter on a great change."

This psychic/mental idiosyncratic revolution has certainly come to pass.
Defining its limits is difficult, for it is so profound and pervasive.
