There is no coherent reason.  Besides, once someone discovers just one disease
that is cured or prevented by the technique, no moral argument will sufficient
to stop it in the face of an obvious practical benefit.

Oh well, just think of all the dippy new-agers who would just love to have
their very own Minotaur to grace their sacred and holy labyrinths with.
