Dear Doss,

as far as I know John Coats did a great step for real co-operation and
breaking down all barriers between the various TS'ies on the Centenary
Congress 1975 in New York. He declared that Annie Besant was wrong to fight
against Judge and he tried to heal the split and to open the archives. This
was all printed many times in the Canadian Theosophist, The Eclectic
Theosophist or in Theosophy in action.
As new today can see he wrecked, or does anyone see him vision come true. He
had too many enimies in his own ranks as he said personally to a friend of
mine at the time he was President.

Frank
