Thank you Sveinn:

I know of Helena Roerich's work in translating the S D into
Russian.

I never met her, but I knew her son and his wife Devika Rani, and
met them at least twice high up above the town on Kulu on the
Eastern range of hills that encircle the valley.  And when they
came to Bombay I saw them then.  I owned and ran the
INTERNATIONAL BOOK HOUSE, opp. Bombay University, for many years
there.

Of the "Pillar" I know nothing that is public.
