Re: HPB on the mechanical arrangement of SD MSS

Paul,

Thanks for your comments. All of which are interesting and I will study
them for their *relevant* context to what we are talking about.

Unfortunately, you do NOT directly confront and answer my observations
about HPB being ALSO concerned about the mechanical arrangement of ISIS
UNVEILED and about her habit even in 1875-1877 to rearrange, paste, cut,
etc. her manuscript of ISIS. Even with her concern and work on the MSS
of ISIS, this work had typos, errors, mistakes, etc. *even as admitted
by HPB and the Masters*. If this is so with ISIS, why not with THE
SECRET DOCTRINE? Same methods, same masters with both 1877 and 1888
books. A straightforward discussion of this comparison between ISIS and
the SD would be appreciated. Please refer to my last several emails in
which I spell all of this out in some detail.

I suspect that neither you nor Tony will deal directly with these
comparisions between ISIS and THE SECRET DOCTRINE. I certainly don't
understand what your reasons are for not dealing with these issues.
Unfortunately, this appears to be the same method used by K. Paul
Johnson in avoiding to deal with many of the contradictions, etc. in his
hypotheses about Blavatsky and the Mahatmas. But what surprises me is
that these tactics are used by two serious students of Blavatsky's
writings.

Trying to be honest and straightforward with both you and Tony,

Daniel
