In Cuba everything is controlled by the government. For example you need a special permit to own a fax machine, you can't go to a store and buy it. A few years ago there was a Canadian company that was managing the internet gate in Cuba. I contacted them and they told me that they quit their business in Cuba. Right now I don't know what is happening there. I'm going to write to the TS Section and ask them whether or not it is possible for them to get an e-mail account.
