The Theosophy of their days????  Damn they had some real fascinating ideas
about brother hood, didn't they back then!

The mysteries of ancient times were nothing more than an excuse to get drunk
and feel good about it and that is what REAL historians say, not poor deluded
fools like Leadbeater and Hodson who operated under the assumption that some
illusion floating around on the astral plane was a physical event.

But then maybe they confused the ancient mysteries with the religious
ceremonies conducted by the Maitreya on Mars.  Clairvoyance does that sort of
thing at times.
