SCP stands for Spiritual Counterfeits Project, a "cult watchdog"
organization.

The article says that Guru Ma is suffering from an unspecified
neurological disorder and that CUT has jettisoned its bunker
mentality and is projecting a new image, that of a church of
"Divine Love".
