This is a great question. If sincere people can be mistaken, then can't
anyone be mistaken? How do you know if you really *know* or just think you
know? Does anyone have advice on developing discernment? (Is studying the
ancient wisdom thoroughly enough?) I use my own judgment, but would be
interested in hearing how other people handle this question in their own
lives. I see an awful lot of sincere fanaticism in the world, wreaking havoc.
