A "mood" is too light of a way of expressing some of the most horrible things
people go through. It is too easy to describe it as a "mood" if you've never
been through life/death situations, abuses, mental illness, or poverty.
Making sure that "we have the strength to not give it control", only applies
to people who have had the luck of being given foundations in their life to
cling to. There are lots of people who never have had it, and were forced to
mentally and physically be blown about by life. How would you categorize
these people? Failures, for failing their "test of patience"?
