Giving up the idea of fairness and justice to me is like giving up any
other ideal: purity, freedom, beauty, harmony, etc. Rather than trying to
embody these ideas in our human selves, isn't it possible to place them in
existence outside of ourselves and to come to terms with our lesser or
lower life as living in conjunction with these ideals in existence
elsewhere. Can't you view the masters as the embodiment of these ideals?
