	He is not on the list of National Lecturers I have from National
Headquarters. Note that he can never be "reinstated", as his was a paid
position as sole National Lecturer; the position no longer exists. It is
now a voluntary position, where National pays for airfare, and the
individual Lodges may or may not provide lodging (no pun intended).
Several National Speakers (John Algeo, to name one) pay their own
expenses. I don't have my list of National Lecturers available, but I
remember it is up to something on the order of a dozen, right now.
