Dear Doss:

Welcome back -- you must have been busy or away !  Missed not seeing
your notes.

Eldon gave me a copy of the computerized SD from Vic to go over, and
really it is quite good, as he follows the ORIGINAL EDITION.  The
"Search engine" works.  I used it as well as John van Mater's new SD
INDEX and the ULT INDEX to the SD -- There is where I found the
limitations and Brenda's source for those statements is still
unclear.

I try to be as thorough as I can be before I quote or say anything,
for the reason that I have to be in a position (this is my own inner
urge) to be so accurate that I can point to a "source" from which I
have taken a position, or made a comment.  I really know very little,
and have a rather retentive memory, which for some 50 years, I have
supplemented with extensive notes and cross references all through
the Theosophical literature.  That's all.
