I went over to the I Am Temple the other day. I explained my purpose was to
do a little inquiry and report back to this theosophical site. The
individuals were receptive and friendly. The founder received a
communication from a St. Germain while hiking near Mt. Shasta, Calif. and then began a
communication with this individual they consider to be an adept. They
strongly refute that the communications were a form of channeling and prefer
to see it in the same light as HPB's instructions. All of their
communications from St. Germain were spoken from the founder and written down
or taped. They have over 3,000 of such talks through the husband and wife
founders (both of which were involved in the theosophical movement). They
have a small reading room to read the three primary books and other monthly
publications. Their pictures of St. Germain and other images all appear to
be drawn by the same individual. It is interesting to note that they seem to
have a Christian influence and a strong patriotic belief in the American
system. The pictures that I mentioned are ideal for meditation in my opinion.
They as so lit up with brilliance and light that you have to squint your eyes
just to look at some of them for a long period. Very interesting.
