This information appeared on conflight-l from a book called UNICUS. I'm
really starting to love all of this alien/starseed literature. What do
others think?

MY FIRST TIME

I sat at my table intending to write an article on Metaphysical
principals given to us through UFO contactees. I was only slightly
surprised when a little voice in my head asked me to take out a fresh
piece of paper. The moment I sat it in front of me, my hand cocked at
a strange angle and began to write furiously of its own accord. During
the course of the writings "They" were training me how to keep my mind
and emotions in a certain state. It was very much like tuning a station
in on a radio. You can hear the message on either side of the station,
but it is perfectly clear in only one area.

Message 1:
Surreptiously we steal your time, we borrow it and return intensified.
Your bodies are only the shell of yourselves. Your inner parts are
perfectly connected with us. The brain is part of the body. We must
find ways to bypass it. Hence the strange feelings upon rest. The
moments when you wake are closest to the true state of reality, a state
where you can access any point in the All. You are all points, but
there is in truth only one point. The point is the mind of the
Creation.
Ships are not necessary to us. We use them for fun sometimes,
and for enabling other races to feel more comfortable with us..us..us.
Thank you for allowing this use. We will return.

Message 2:
Again we wish you well. After a time all you are aware of will
begin this trusting. The trusting that allows the access. We are
willing and able to help all who know to ask.
Happily we tread your waters. The earth and all its wonderments
are rarely found elsewhere. Sometimes the third plane physicality is
as beautiful as the higher ones.
Silence wafts through the void, a silence filled with all sounds.
Like we said, you must give in, surrender to achieve the next phase.
Persistent you have been. This is admirable.
Allowance is the master key word. Share it. Keep a peace in the mind.

Message 3:
Welcome home. Bliss awaits thee. Bliss in doing the work of the
Lord. We sit and wait many millenium. Our threads reach out to you
and yours. Now the journey accelerates. It will be as a waxed slide
if you will let it. Do not hesitate the sharing. We protect you
and yours. Comforts of home are in your mind.
Pinpoint the intention. Focus the attention. Allow only the good.
Ignore the not. Compensate others for the harm you have done.
Balance the sheets. Erase the inner pressure. We will assist.
Access the All at every opportunity. Eventually the point will
vibrate with yours. You lose the self, but gain the Other. Power is in
peace, in sharing. Hold out for the river. It will lead you home.

I had tried automatic writing a few times in my life, but here it was
working beautifully.
I realized the key to automatic writing was not to treat it as
anything out of the ordinary. We can access other dimensions more
easily if we treat them as a normal part of our lives. Thus ended what
I hope will prove to be the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
