Give 'em bread (an overstuffed economy) and circuses and everybody's happy. A
well-fed populace never complains! An old trick used by the dissolute Roman
emperors. It worked for a while and then complete decline. We're going through
the same old cyclic pattern for countries again - idealism, then decadence,
then collapse.
