Are the files of "Theosophical History" related to the magazine of that
name, or is this a separate work, as for instance a chronological list of
events relating to theosophy ?

It might be valuable for those who respect and "defend" Theosophy and HPB,
etc to have available a Chronology (in print, in a condensed form such as a
Book)
of all available information and documents.  With the same information in
hand, and, if on Internet, we all could refer to it for dates times, people
and events.  Eliminates the opinions and the guess-work.

As to 2 Sai Babas and their phenomena -- skeptics can never be silenced.
Even if they are witnesses.  Refer to HPB in Simla in 1879-80 and the
tea-cup, saucer phenomenon and its after effects,  or, later, to the German
professor who visited her in Benares and mentioned a shower of flowers that
Rishis of old India were said to produce at will -- whereupon HPB had a
shower of roses fall from the ceiling on and around him -- result ?  still
a skeptic !

If one desires more details concerning the range and reach of psychic
phenomena there is a condensed explanation of the whole subject to be found
in about 20 pages in Mr. W.Q.Judge's THE OCEAN OF THEOSOPHY,  Chapters 5,
16, and 17.  The nature of the relation of the astral and the physical
planes is detailed, and the many kinds and types of psychic phenomena are
catalogued and explained as to the laws that operate therein.

Hope this may solve some dilemmas and questions,
