It is a pager?? really?? for theosophy students???

Hi Estrella,
I think this is like a chat line for the internet. You can instantly
converse with whoever happens to be on the internet. I have something like
it on my AOL e-mail. It's called the buddy system. You input people's
e-mails on your list. Whenever they are on AOL, you get instant
notification that they logged on, then you can send them instant messages
on this system. I used it and hated it. I ended up having to take time
having typewritten communication when my intention was only to check my
e-mail. I was too polite to ignore the notice that they know I was on
line. I ended up checking my e-mails very late at night to avoid
conversations. Eventually, I told everybody I prefer using my other
account. That's why I was not jumping for joy at Eldon's notice. I prefer
the regular e-mail where I can answer when I have the time.
