Right now there isn't one, until Dick Slusser, its editor, can
put together a web page. It's email id is high@theosophy.com.
The URL, when made, will likely be

    http://theosophy.com/hct.html

But there is none at the present. The back issues are being
stored in an ftp'able directory, as indicated in the THEOSOPHY
WORLD announcement.
