Your comment is timely. Also it would very much help if we keep our focus on
the critical thing which are our personal objectives/ideals as well as the
fact that we need to keep the relevant imporatance of message and the messenger.

Some time years ago, when someone was grieving for a dead person, a comment
was made "let dead bury the dead" and sometimes it seems that this is
appropriate when we deal with personalities.
