Alice was one of the first to get ostracized for what she wrote
about Masters.
One consoling thought-- if Theosophists weren't destined to fight
like cats and dogs, the TS wouldn't have been inaugurated under
the most conflict-ridden natal chart anyone could ever have
imagined. But the airy, laid-back ARE is like a salve to the
soul after passing through the wringer of Theosophy, and I
suppose the same is true of the Bailey work. Anthroposophy, too.
Maybe part of why organized Theosophy is the way it is, is in
order for the successor movements to profit by the mistakes?
