Wouldn't it be nice if we were all afforded the opportunity to
judge those ideas for ourselves. Too many people want to take
away (selfishness) the opportunity for each individual to read,
evaluate, and absorb ideas for themselves. What some people
would like is for us (meaning the nameless members of the
society) to never read these ideas by putting them down so
strongly.
