Since neither Point Loma Pubs nor TSA publish (or even
distribute?) the _Theosophical Glossary_ and the BdZ _Dream_ book
was published 14 years ago (after BdZ died) and the allegedly
hostile present-day Internet PLP folk had nothing (take my word
for it) to do with that book's printing -- maybe hostility is
something you know TOO well?
