Re:Theosophical Encyclopaedia

Good points, but a little protracted if the idea was a true encyclopeadia
of theosophical terms.

Sure HPB is the source and perhaps should be treated as such in a separate
work.
However, if Theoosophy by its very fiber charges us with a duty to seek
answers for ourselves, then would we not do well to share collective
thoughts?
Time is not stagnant and therefore neither should be our existence. HPB was
herself a mindful adventuress,we could do no worse to emulate her path
whilst stepping quite purposefully on our road. If everything there is to
leanr about Theosophy can only come from one person, then it seems to me a
constipated spirit may be all you get.

All respect for her life's contributions, but I sometimes feel people
forget HPB was human, even if the Masters chose to have regular chats with
her. It would be an interesting exercise to see how she might weave her
life in today's lifestyle instead of the restricted Victorian Age. I have
always felt a kindred spirit with this gal, someone who I'd not only invite
to dinner, but join in bending the life fantastic as well!

Its a pity power mongers distorted things, but were there no good things
that Bailey or CWL brought to Theosophical table? Shrinking form the
politics of the society, I rather take my wisdom in intuitive doses.
Trusting that which I cannot bottle up and market has purchased me more
stock in the life marlet than I could ever hope for on Wall Street.

Hmm...interesting comments.

One one feel certain if the definations were they according to H.P.
Blavatsky
and perhaps her Master Teachers.

It would seem the most fortuitious information for such an encyclopaedia
should
could be plummed from HPB's already existing monumental works. If you begin
selecting this one and that one and so on and so on, before you know it
their
is
a presentation of any thinkers ideas that could be skillfully interfaced
with
the Adept Teachers presentations through HPB in the 19th Century.

Then what would jump forth from the pages of this so called encyclopeadia
would
the same thing we see in the Bailey Thesis re the Cosmos, The Christian
Science
Ideas and lo behold Teilhard's interweaving of the "THE Secret Doctrine
with
"The Human Phenomenom," not to mention the myriad new age nuances lifted
right from H.P. Blavatsky's Teachings and so on and so on and so on as
the

story goes.

Wasn't there a Glossary by HPB of which when published was just a small
portion
of this work that she began. It seems to me this would be the best place
to
begin
such a project...if even needed.

Perhaps, a change in the manner in which HPB'S BOOKS are presented and
advertised would be moot before we leave this century. Isn't it true that
everything with her name upon it gives a complete enclyopeadic presentation
of the ideas, terms and name and catagories of wisdom teachings and so much
more
that she uses.

If anything is to be done to improve upon the Theosophical Teachings it is
my
sincere hope that such an encyclopaedia would come to be known as the

                        THE COMPLETE UNABRIDGED ENCYCLOPEADIA

                                                      OF

                         THE SECRET DOCTRINE TEACHINGS OF

H.P. BLAVATSKY AND HER ADEPT TEACHERS.

Personally, I do not think we can improve upon excellence. Do you?

In this century and in many futures all we really do is write sonnets,
essays and
wonderful bouyant philosophy with the brilliant immagery that HPB'S own
enthusiamsm sparks and manifests in each of us each time her words reach
into
our heart and generates in our mine Truth in all of its constancy.

GREETINGS OF DIVINE LIGHT
