What you say is true to a degree, howeve, as remember though, there was
indeed funding for tributes scholastic as well as tributes for lliterary
excellence connected with and provided by the German side of HPB's family who
are said to be relatives of Kaiser Wilhelm who went into exile in Holland
long after HPB herself was
gone.

I would immagine there are many little niches of information somewhere to be
found which no researcher has ever been privy to.
