I am an America Online user, and this virus scam was first
circulated about two years ago. AOL expended several months and
a good deal of resources tracking down the problem. The FCC
never sent out such a warning, and AOL found no evidence of the
virus, and no one who had EVER been struck by it. It was simply
a scare tactic set up by computer users with nothing better to
do.
