When people get acquainted with real spiritual teachings (whether
under the name of Theosophy or not) they will quickly get to
realize that there is something like a spiritual Path. Whether
and how they want to engage in a deeper search for truth (get to
know deeper layers of Self) is up to them.
They may find it in/through one of the TSs, but it may be also in
a different organisation or by selfless service to their fellow
human beings without any contact with an outer spiritual
organization. HPB has acknowledged this too, if anyone is in
doubt of this (see Key to Theosophy).

I will always feel a deep gratitude towards HPB, Judge, GdeP and
DJP Kok (the deceased leader of the Dutch Point Loma TS).
There's tremendous depth in knowledge and teachings to be found
here. Yet, I see that TSs have no monopoly on truth. Other
organizations may do a better job than TSs do now. I feel that
the TSs are lagging behind facts in this regard.
Many of the lesser mysteries have become known (are available to
the general public now). I'm not only refering to Theosophical
writings but also to other writings, such as those of Vitvan, and
others. Many of this is available on-line through the Web.
Humanity is ripe for a larger share of the lesser mysteries. As
to the higher mysteries, that's a different issue IMO. Some
individuals will acquaint themselves with these through contact
with the spiritual world inside. What they will do is up to
them.
